Industry / SaaS Platforms

The second month is the real sale

SaaS products, marketplaces and platforms with more than one kind of user. Signing someone up is the easy part; the work is the product they open again next week. We design and build the whole of it: the customer app, the tools for the other side of the market, the admin console that runs it, and the billing, roles and automations underneath.

01 / Before they sign up

What a buyer checks before the free trial.

1

Does it do my exact job?

The use case in the buyer’s own words, shown on real screens. A feature list makes them do the translation; a screenshot of their workflow does it for them.

2

What will it cost as we grow?

Pricing that scales in a way they can predict. Per-seat surprises and hidden tiers are where a lot of trials quietly end.

3

Can we trust it with our data?

Security, uptime and who owns the data, answered before the sales call. It is the procurement question that stalls deals longest.

02 / What we build

What a platform needs beyond the landing page.

Onboarding that reaches value fast

Sign-up, setup and the first useful result in one session, because a trial that stalls on day one rarely converts.

Multi-tenancy, roles and billing

Accounts, teams, permissions, plans and invoices built in from the start, not retrofitted when the first larger customer asks for them.

Every side of a marketplace

Customers, suppliers, riders or partners each get the app their job needs, on one design system and one set of data.

Mobile apps and installable web apps

Native apps where the store matters, installable web apps where reach and release speed matter more. Often both, on one backend.

An admin console the team can run

Orders, users, payouts, pricing and support in one place, so a small team can operate the platform without a developer on call.

AI assistants and automation

In-product assistants that answer from your own documentation, and workflows that move data between the platform, payments and the tools you already use.

03 / Honestly

Where we help, and where we do not.

Where we help

Founders with a working idea and a real first market, who need the product, not just a prototype, and want to own the code from day one.

06 / Questions

What founders ask us first.

Can you build an MVP first and grow it later?
Yes, and we plan for it. The first release covers one core workflow end to end, on an architecture that can take multi-tenancy, roles and billing without a rewrite.
Do you build marketplaces with more than one kind of user?
Yes. Gas Lagbe runs a customer app, dealer and rider apps and an admin console on one design system, and most marketplaces need that same shape whatever they sell.
Native app or web app?
It depends on where your users are and how often you release. We often start with an installable web app for reach and release speed, and add native apps where store presence or device features justify them.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Everything lives in your own repositories and hosting accounts from day one, so you are never locked in to us.
Can you handle payments and subscriptions?
Yes: subscriptions, usage-based billing, invoices and local payment methods, wired into the plans and roles inside the product rather than bolted on beside it.
Taking projects for Q4

Building a platform?

A 45-minute call with the person who would lead the build. You leave with a scope sketch either way.
