01 / The brief

Peer tutoring is a different promise from professional tutoring.

Tutor Jackets was founded by Georgia Tech graduates and staffs its tutoring with students and recent graduates, offering STEM tutoring, SAT and ACT preparation and academic mentorship.

The whole proposition is that the tutor is close enough in age to remember the exam. A site styled like a traditional academy would have argued against its own model.

02 / Our approach

Put the students on camera and the process in three steps.

Video testimonials from named students carry the top of the page, because a recorded student saying where they got in is worth more than any claim the company could write.

Getting started is reduced to three explicit steps (consultation, tutor match, sessions) so a parent understands the whole commitment before agreeing to the first call.

Phase 01

Proof audit

Student stories and results gathered and sequenced.

Phase 02

Design

Young, confident visual language with video as the lead.

Phase 03

Build

Booking, video embeds, reviews and newsletter.

Phase 04

SEO and launch

On-page SEO and responsive pass.

03 / The outcome

A tutoring service that sounds like the people delivering it.

Video student stories, a three-step onboarding path, parent and student feedback, careers for new tutors, and a newsletter for exam-update traffic.
