01 / The brief

Two very different readers arrive at the same page.

KGSJ provides Islamic spiritual care in Dutch institutions and to individuals, covering grief, illness, moral dilemmas and questions of meaning, alongside workshops and training for care professionals.

One reader is a person in difficulty. The other is a care institution assessing a supplier. The tone that reassures the first can undermine the second.

02 / Our approach

A calm front door, and a separate path for professionals.

The homepage speaks to the individual, in plain language and with imagery chosen for stillness rather than for energy, with a free intake conversation as the single action.

A dedicated section addresses care providers and institutions directly, framing the practice as a bridge between client and care team, with the partner and accreditation logos that audience needs to see.

Phase 01

Audience split

Individual and institutional paths defined without splitting the site.

Phase 02

Design

Quiet palette and imagery matched to the subject.

Phase 03

Build

CMS, intake booking and language switching.

Phase 04

SEO and launch

On-page SEO and responsive pass.

03 / The outcome

A practice that reassures a person and satisfies a procurement team.

A calm individual-facing homepage, a separate professional track with partner accreditation, multi-language support and a free intake booking.
