01 / The brief
The name says hijabs. The range is a whole wardrobe.
Hijab Club sells modest womenswear across dresses, tops, bottoms, sportswear, swimwear and hijabs, with an additional presence on a marketplace channel.
Customers arriving for a headscarf did not know the rest of the range existed, and the categories doing the most growth were the ones furthest from the brand name.
02 / Our approach
Lead with a full outfit, then open the categories.
A featured product with full fabric, sizing and model measurements opens the page (the detail that decides a modest clothing purchase) followed immediately by four seasonal category tiles.
A blog, an Instagram feed and a video section give the brand somewhere to build the community that drives repeat purchase in this category, rather than relying on the product grid alone.
Phase 01
Merchandising
Full range surfaced ahead of the category the brand is named for.
Phase 02
Design
Product-led layout with seasonal category tiles.
Phase 03
Prototype
Category, product, blog and checkout templates laid out for build.
03 / The outcome
A shop that sells the whole wardrobe.
A featured product with full specification, seasonal category tiles, six product ranges, a blog, an Instagram feed and newsletter capture.
