Plumbing is searched for in an emergency and decided in under a minute.
Prime Plumbing & Gasfitting is a small licensed Melbourne business covering hot water, gas fitting, blocked drains and urgent repairs.
Most visits start on a phone, mid-problem. The site had to answer three questions immediately: do they do this, do they cover my suburb, and how do I reach them now.
02 / Our approach
Two calls to action on every screen, and a service list you can scan.
A phone number and a quote button sit in the header and repeat down the page, so no visitor ever has to navigate in order to act.
Services are broken out as individually linked pages rather than one list, giving each one a page to rank on, and a location structure lets the business claim the suburbs it actually serves.
