Hands-Free AI Automations And Workflows.

Every business has three or four jobs a person still does by hand, because the tools do not talk to each other. We find them, automate them properly, and leave you something your team can change without calling us.

What we automate, most requested first

Invoice and document intake

PDFs and emails read, checked against your records and filed, with an approval step for anything unusual.

Typical: 6—10 hrs a week back

Lead routing and follow-up

Enquiries scored, enriched and assigned in your CRM, with a drafted reply waiting for a human to send.

Typical: reply in minutes, not days

Support ticket triage

Tickets tagged, prioritised and routed to the right queue, with duplicates merged before anyone opens them.

Typical: far fewer misroutes

Reporting on a schedule

The Monday numbers pulled from every source, reconciled, and delivered without anyone assembling them.

Typical: half a day a week back

Onboarding and offboarding

Accounts, access, contracts and welcome sequences triggered from one form, with an auditable checklist.

Typical: two days down to twenty minutes

Data sync between tools

The spreadsheet in the middle removed. Two-way sync with your conflict rules, and an alert when they fire.

Typical: manual re-entry gone
How a build runs, with a weekly demo
  1. Week 1

    Map the work

We watch the process as it happens today and write down every step, tool and exception.

  2. Week 2

    Automate one path

The most common case goes live behind a switch, running next to the manual process.

  3. Weeks 3—6

    Exceptions and approvals

The awkward twenty per cent gets an approval step, a retry, and an alert with a name on it.

  4. Weeks 7—8

    Switch over, hand over

Manual path retired, runbook written, one training session recorded for your team.

What you get

Yours from day one, in your accounts.

Nothing runs on infrastructure we own. Repos, workflow tooling and hosting sit in your organisation from the first commit, so the day we finish changes nothing about who controls it.

01

The running automation

Deployed in your own workspace or cloud account, in the region you choose.

02

A monitoring dashboard

What ran, what failed, what is waiting on a person. Visible without asking us.

03

Process map and runbook

The as-is and to-be process documented, plus what to do when something breaks.

04

Editable configuration

Rules, thresholds and templates your team can change without touching code.

05

A recorded training session

One hour with your team, recorded and handed over for whoever joins next.

06

30 days of aftercare

Included in every package. We fix what the first month of real data reveals.

Questions we get from new clients
You are in a different timezone. Does that complicate anything?
No. We work from Bangladesh, UTC+6, with clients across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. We invoice in USD, EUR or GBP, contract in English, and pick a hosting region to suit your rules. The only real constraint is overlap hours, and we commit to four a day in writing before kickoff.
Do we need to replace the tools we already use?
Almost never. Most builds sit on top of what you have (CRM, accounting, storage, chat) and remove the person copying between them. If a tool genuinely cannot be automated we will say so in the scope call rather than after you have paid.
What happens when the automation gets something wrong?
Every workflow has an exception path: it stops, it alerts a named person, and it shows what it was about to do. Nothing silently guesses. The monitoring dashboard is how you find out, not a support email from us.
Who owns the work?
You do, from the first commit. Repos, workflow tooling and hosting live in your accounts. If you stop working with us tomorrow, everything keeps running and your team can edit it.
How do you price a project you have not scoped yet?
One 45-minute call and a written description of the process is usually enough for a fixed quote within three working days. If it is not, we will propose a paid two-week discovery instead of guessing.
