01 / The brief
A young sports brand has to look complete before its range is.
Sqauds sells cricket equipment in the UK (bats, gloves, pads, grips, thigh pads and wicket keeping gear) with kit bags and bat covers still to come.
A new brand with an incomplete range either hides the gaps and looks thin, or shows them and looks unfinished. Neither is good merchandising.
02 / Our approach
Show the whole range, label the gaps honestly.
All six categories are laid out in one grid with the unreleased ones marked coming soon, which reads as a roadmap rather than an omission and gives returning customers a reason to check back.
New arrivals with visible sale pricing sit directly beneath, and an Instagram feed carries the community proof that a young sports brand depends on.
Phase 01
Merchandising
Category grid designed to carry both live and forthcoming ranges.
Phase 02
Design
Bright, product-led layout on a clean neutral base.
Phase 03
Prototype
Category, product and checkout templates laid out for build.
03 / The outcome
A young brand that looks established.
Six equipment categories with an honest coming-soon state, sale-priced new arrivals, an Instagram feed and a newsletter discount.
