01 / The brief
An overseas buyer is comparing islands, not just houses.
Zenith Samui sells and rents luxury villas and beachfront property on Koh Samui, Thailand, to an international buyer base.
The buyer is usually abroad, often deciding between destinations, and rarely reading in English as a first language. The site had to work as a search tool and as a case for the island.
02 / Our approach
Search on arrival, and the island argued underneath it.
The filter (location, property type, bedrooms, price) sits inside the hero, because a buyer who already knows what they want should never scroll to begin.
Below the listings, the neighbourhoods of Koh Samui are presented individually, and a blog covering the Thai market and purchase process answers the questions a foreign buyer has before they enquire.
