Shops where the catalogue is not the whole business

Six of our builds are shops, and none of them chose us for the storefront alone. They needed a site that also publishes, explains, books or serves trade customers, with selling as one part of it. Beyond the shop itself we build the mobile app repeat buyers use, the AI assistant that answers stock and delivery questions, and the automations that stop somebody retyping orders into accounting.

01 / Before they buy

What a shopper decides in the first minute.

1

Can I tell what this actually is?

Photography, sizing, materials and the detail a buyer would ask in a shop. Thin product pages lose the sale and the search ranking together.

2

What does delivery cost and when does it arrive?

Priced and dated before checkout, not discovered at the last step. This is where most abandoned baskets are created.

3

Who do I chase if it goes wrong?

A name, a phone number and a returns policy written in plain language. Trust is the cheapest conversion work there is.

02 / What we build

What a shop actually needs beyond a catalogue.

Content that does the selling

Guides, comparisons and detail pages. Most shops are found through them, not through the category page.

Products that are not standard

Bundles, made-to-order, trade pricing, odd units: the things a hosted platform fights you on.

Checkout you can change

Fields, steps and rules adjusted to how you actually sell.

Stock and orders that reach your systems

So nobody is retyping an order into something else.

A shop app for repeat buyers

Mobile app development for the customers who reorder: saved baskets, order history, restock notifications, built from the same product data as the store.

An AI chatbot answering stock, sizing and delivery questions, automations moving orders into accounting and fulfilment, and SEO that keeps the product pages findable.

03 / Honestly

Where we help, and where we do not.

Where we help

Shops that outgrew a template, or need the site to do a second job as well as sell.

06 / Questions

What retailers ask us first.

Do you build on Shopify or WooCommerce?
Both. Shopify when you want the platform to carry the compliance and payments, WooCommerce when the catalogue or the pricing rules are unusual enough that you need to change how checkout behaves.
Can you build a mobile app for the shop?
Yes. One codebase for iOS and Android, published under your own developer accounts, sharing the product data and stock levels with the store rather than duplicating them.
What can an AI assistant do for a shop?
Answer stock, sizing, delivery and returns questions from your own content, in your customers’ language, and hand over to a person when the answer would be a guess.
Can orders reach our accounting and stock systems automatically?
Yes. That is the automation work: orders, stock levels and invoices moving between the store and the systems you already run, with alerts when something fails.
Do you do SEO for product pages?
Yes, as its own service: technical fixes, structure, and the category and guide pages that get found. Most shops are found through content long before the brand name.
Taking projects for Q4

Selling online?

A 45-minute call with the person who would lead the build. You leave with a scope sketch either way.
