01 / The brief

Tenants and owners want opposite things from the same company.

Boca Property Management serves two audiences whose interests are structurally in tension: owners want returns and reporting, tenants want responsiveness and a place to live.

One site had to serve both without either feeling like an afterthought, alongside the ordinary job of listing available properties well.

02 / Our approach

Separate the portals, share the listings.

Tenant and owner routes were split at the top level, each with its own language and its own portal, so neither audience has to read past content written for the other.

Property listings sit in the middle as the one thing both groups care about, built with the detail a serious enquiry needs and structured to stay current as availability changes.
